• Responsible to drive the project according to areas of project management within the guidelines by reviewing, monitoring, coordinating and reporting project health status for achieving execution excellence including high customer satisfaction.• Continuous coordination and collaboration cross functional team on planning, monitoring, tracking and controlling of project activities right from proposal to commissioning phase of project.• Continuous coordination and liaisoning with the outsourced design agency, vendors and suppliers and monitoring the timely delivery of outsourced products and placing the project on track.• Monitor and analyse the progress to give early warning signals for delays, raising alarms and suggest remedial actions for the same.• To act as interface with Project Manager, Technical Managers, Functional Managers and other stakeholders including customer for maintaining the deadlines of the project and updating the baseline schedule and maintaining healthy cash flow.• Active to play a role of key support person to the project Manger on all major and minor issues such as change management, risk identification and mitigation etc.• Conducting meeting with all stake holders and present impact of various scenarios on overall project schedule, solving the critical issues of all disciplines and maintaining the cost and duration of the project.• Conducting delay analysis and responsible for initiating EOT claims, change order to the client.• Aggregate progress reports on a daily, weekly & monthly basis by interacting with Project team members and Contractors, recording progress percentage of each task and develop progress S curves and manpower histogram.• Collecting, analysing and publishing the progress, productivity and cost dashboards using Power BI.• Provide direction to planners in developing, setting up, monitoring, and controlling of project schedules with available resources and manpower and providing leadership to the project team.
