Current•Maintain and enhance the Human Resources department by helping shape road map initiatives, scale operational efficiency, organizational design planning, implementation, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.•Manage a remote team focusing on eNPS, culture and engagement, strategic planning and employee relations in order to drive improvement and efficiency in business processes and policies across the organization.• Streamline approach to handling employee relations issues across the organization; act as a resource and sounding board for managers dealing with employee relations challenges, and leave requests under FMLA and ADA.
