• Led a team of two that designed and built a remote courier onboarding program that cut in-market onboard time to zero and unlocked fully remote courier operations.
• Led the rollout of a new courier pay model that fundamentally changed Caviar's unit economics with no measure-able decrease in courier retention or productivity

• Partnered with Legal to help the business adapt to and manage a constantly changing independent contractor landscape, including providing the first occupational accident insurance product for a gig economy platform

I led the launch team for Caviar's expansion into the Minneapolis market. I spent four months in Minneapolis and St Paul to determine the top restaurants to focus on, learn the specifics of the food delivery market, lease office space, onboard couriers, and hire a local operations and sales team to continue growing the market

• As the Operations Manager for the launch of the Philadelphia market, I was responsible for standing up the delivery infrastructure for the region. This included:
• Onboarding 40+ restaurants and 100+ couriers to the Caviar delivery platform
