As part of BYOB challenge, our team identified a common problem most of travellers face with our luggage getting constantly scratched and looking extremely mundane during our airport travel. Doubling on finding an affordable solution was us sourcing stylish luggage covers which would refresh your bags look, protect your bag from scratches and isolate it from getting exchanged at airports.We used omni channel approach to get maximum sales in 3 weeks, such as selling on streets of church street, inside vega mall and flee market. On e-commerce front we drove sales primarily from Swiggy mini store.In 3 weeks we clocked in a sale of 50k and many happy memories.Within 2 weeks of working on the idea we started our business with 15 SKU's, 3 Sales channel and cold selling at Vega Mall in Bangalore

India is known as the diabetic capital of the world and for a ubiquitous reason, 'Our Unapologetic love towards Sugar'. Jaggery+ was conceptualised to provide products that could give them alternatives that were healthy, honest and hygienic. Over the few years of working on Jaggery+ these were all the challenges and tasks we did:-a. Searching and sourcing raw material from a vendor that uses organic and hygienic standards.b. Successfully navigated regulatory challengesc. Worked on designing 6 labels for 6 different products and navigated high MOQ requirements in packaging material.d. Launched India's first muesli that was sweetened using coconut jaggery (one of the best sugar alternative)e. Build and managed Shopify website along with other mainstream E-commerce platforms.f. Tapped one of India's largest retailer Bigbasketg. Handled the inbound and outbound logisticsh. Shamelessly pitching the brand and products to strangers There were many more learning curves I encountered during my entrepreneurial journey. Numerous moments of highs and lows during these 2 years. After a sincere consideration of the viability and profitability of the business, I made a tough call to close down and move on to learn new skills and fill key knowledge gaps.

Got anIncredible opportunity to have an internship during summer break in class 11th. This opportunity was quite scary for me honestly, however on the other end was the first time going out in the world on my own and not parents behinds me. As internee, we were working on organising various games and events during the 'Raahagiri' event that happened every sunday, where some roads in gurgaon city were closed for the people to come and reclaim them and have them to do anything. Over the weekends I distinctly remember we organised scavenger hunt during one sunday, and more than work it was thrilling and fun. One key memory of this internship lies with me having my first company sponsored tea and snacks at that fancy 'Chayos'. The organisation dint have any corporate motive other than giving young minds some real life experience out of their school. In hindsight I appreciate this opportunity for helping me breaking my own mental barriers at that time.
