• Monitoring and Analysis of Financial Operations of 4 IHG Hotels in Europe Region.• Tracking the movement in Hotels Accounts (Operating, Savings and F.F&E) on daily basis and Issue of Unmatch reports to the respective Hotels.• Reconciling the hotel accounts both manually and in General Ledger online tool.• Handled Month End closing & accruals.• Posting of necessary Journal Entries as per the information provided by the Hotels and transactions such as F.X Loss/Gain, AP Rejections, VAT, Inter-Company Transfer and Payroll in IHG’s corporate accounts.• Interacting with and Assisting Respective Hotel’s Director of Finance and Finance Controllers with and matters related to Issued Reports and Outstanding A.P Items and any Adhoc requests.• Preparing Reconciliations of all Hotels during month ends in ARM and issue the Recons to the respective Hotels.• Monitoring Hotels and Corporate Accounts on a regular basis to keep Outstanding/Open items blow 30 days ageing bracket.• Helping Team mates and interacting with other Finance Teams and Euro HRSS Team in providing necessary assistance as and when required.

• Analysis of the Financial Statements such as Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and P&L A/c and ensuring adherence as per Accounting Standards issued by ICAI.• Analysis of Financial data with the help of techniques such as Financial Ratios.• Conducting Internal Audit of Logistics Company. (A. Hartrodt India Pvt. Ltd.).• Statutory Compliances for Cash & Bank, Sales & Purchases, Expenses and Fixed Assets verifications (including physical counts), of Book Keeping and Payroll.• Computation of Tax Liability, analyzing Financial Statements and analysis of Income tax returns for Individuals, Firms and Corporate Clients.
