Established proportionality relationship between different parameters of Dabur Hajmola Tablets to control physical aspect of the tablet.

Project: Model matrix and M-BOM compilation and logistics planning for two cylinder engine.Key Achievements:1. Documented of Model matrix for assembly of 275 IDI two-cylinder engine, which facilitates planning of assembly of new variants under the same category & is used as a benchmark for part planning among different variants, which reduced the error of fitting wrong part to one-third.2. Improved rack design to create storage of 42 different parts on the assembly line of 800 cc DiCOR engine to facilitate future expansions.3. Reduced Cycle time for Clean Room Conveyor for 800 cc DiCOR engine by 582 seconds, which increased production by 13-15 %.4. Proposed design concept for material handling of parts of 800cc DiCOR to reduce damage to parts during storage on line.
