In Las Vegas, my role was all about connecting with our community and extending the USO's reach. I led operations at four locations, touching the lives of over 100,000 service members and their families. Despite a tight budget, we managed to increase our service member engagement by 11% year over year. Achievements I'm proud of include:• Partnership Growth: Fostered key relationships with local giants like the Raiders Foundation and MGM Resorts, ensuring our service members have strong support.• Strategic Openings: Opened new USO Centers at Creech and Nellis AFB, massively expanding our footprint with minimal costs.• Fundraising Excellence: Secured a planned giving donation over $400K and achieved record fundraising for three years straight, all thanks to our community's generosity.

As the Owner and Principal Consultant, I was the go-to for small businesses looking to punch above their weight. My mission?
