Griffin & Young Enterprises is an investment group that was created to finance and operate The Wandering Griffin Brewery & Pub in Beavercreek, Ohio. The enterprise raised $610,000 from 36 investors through a SEC 506b stock offering and used the funds to refurbish a 12,000 square foot commercial restaurant building. The company also raised an additional $160,000 through a shareholder loan to complete an onsite microbrewery in September 2019.
