Profile bio

About Brian Diamond

I have led content development and production to launch and grow streaming, digital, OTT, and linear platforms. I have created, produced, and delivered thousands of hours of original programming. C-level leaders challenge me to “go make it happen,” and I respond by building the right teams, structure, programming slates, and partnerships to get it done.I began my career producing studio programming, series and live tentpole events that launched MTV. I advanced into a lead role in the startup of MTV Europe in more than 40 countries. Today, this business represents more than $1B in annual revenue. After leading a 100-member bicoastal team as the SVP of Production for MTV, I formed Brain Demand Media to engage content production that launched new properties, including American Sports Classics.I created an HD entertainment programming division for Radio City Music Entertainment before joining Spike TV as the SVP of Sports and Specials. We created a UFC franchise that drove ad sales to +$100M annually and grew viewership from 87M to 99M households in 2 years. Recruited into a Chief Content Officer role for the Whistle Sports Network, I developed series that launched this brand with distribution on digital, streaming, OTT, gaming, and linear platforms. We earned 13.5M subscribers and launched +250 partner channels in 2 years.

Listed skills include Television, Entertainment, Broadcast, Digital Media, and 22 others.
