Founded and scaled the software engineering department at Grow Progress from just me to a department of 11 exceptionally talented and impact-driven software engineers. Together, we laid out all of the critical processes that build and maintain Grow Progress's suite of analytical and message testing tools. We created our sprint process and focused our collaboration on agile methodology. Our sprint process has become the beating heart of development at Grow Progress and has helped the company pioneer in exciting new ways to conduct persuasion testing. We built a culture of collaboration and empathy and work closely with all teams in the company that have a stake in product development.

The Toolkit is a web data visualization suite and research tool for political operatives that make key electoral resource decisions. The Saylor Foundation is an open access to higher education resource. As a member of Saylor’s Permissions and Quality Assurance Team, I worked with a combination of Microsoft Word, Google Spreadsheets, and WordPress to map out and interpret copyright permissions of new and existing resources sent to us by Saylor’s content developers or already employed by one of Saylor.org’s 300+ offered courses. We then formatted usable resources to Saylor’s preferred templates and uploaded them to WordPress as a PDF to be hosted on Saylor’s website.

I worked on the Voter Information Project, a partnership of NOI, Google, Microsoft, Facebook and the Pew Research Institute. I collected early vote information and locations from 13 states and helped provide quality assurance on data ranging from Election Day polling locations to ballot content for voters.

I directly managed all donor follow-ups, pledge follow ups and data entry into NGP. I managed all call-time related email correspondence between Kelda and potential donors and helped streamline departmental donor research strategies for the purposes of maximizing candidate-potential donor contact. Within the first three weeks we increased call-time’s productivity as a percentage of overall fundraising by 15 percent (from 27% to 42%).

Lois Frankel represents the 22nd district of Florida in the U.S. House of Representatives. As a fellow, I quickly learned the skills necessary to research and prospect potential contributors, keep track of and run an effective call time. I became familiar with databases such as NGP and Influence Explorer. I managed the entire campaign calendar, set, confirmed and staffed events, and actively reached out to community leaders to keep a working knowledge of community events.

Ketorah is a communal establishment dedicated to improving Arab-Israeli relations through its Arava Institute of environmental studies. As a volunteer, I worked in conjunction with Green Panel contracting to build Israel's first solar power plant, helped manage ketorah's communal dining room and worked outdoors in landscaping and irrigation.

Covered and wrote reports on think-tank panels, as well as congressional and executive hearings, on a variety of issues from global security to economic policy, with emphasis on international trade policy. Conducted research and contributed to the development on different projects for IBC's Fortune 500 clients.
