As the Senior Director of Partnerships at Grow Progress, I leverage two decades of experience in strategic communications to help progressive campaigns and advocacy organizations target and persuade the right people. I lead the development and execution of partnership strategies that drive revenue growth, and more importantly, social impact. I have an academic and professional background in persuasion and social influence, teach several graduate-level courses at Johns Hopkins University, have published in peer-reviewed journals, and consulted for various clients in the political, nonprofit, and academic sectors. I have also built and led teams on a number of Congressional and Senate campaigns. I enjoy translating data and analytics into actionable insights and recommendations, as well as building lasting relationships with people who do good in the world.
