As a Customer Care Manager at RS Columbia Asia, a hospital network that provides quality healthcare services in Asia, I lead a team of customer service representatives who ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of our patients and clients. I have been in this role since February 2020, and I have successfully implemented several initiatives to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and responsiveness of our customer care operations. I have also developed and maintained strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders, such as doctors, nurses, administrators, insurers, and regulators. With a Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations from Universitas Sumatera Utara, I have a solid background in business management, marketing, and economics, as well as a keen interest in the agricultural sector and its impact on society and the environment. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the quality of life of our patients and communities.
