Manages the operational of butler team and allocation the room on daily basis for the butler ensure that quality and standards exceed the expectation. Monitored butler operational and follows the five-stage pre-arrival, arrival, in-house, pre-departure, and departure activities as well as communicated with another department included internal department related to guest needed.

Manages the butler services and guest relations departments on a daily basis to ensure that quality and standards exceed the expectations of guests. Ensure that the entire butler team is in charge of their guest/VIP guest and follows the five- stage pre-arrival, arrival, in-house, pre-departure, and departure activities. And managed the entire Guest Relations team, providing information about hotel/resort facilities and updating guest profiles or amenities. And coordinated with other departments regarding guest needs. As well as worked closely with FO Manager, butler or Guest Relation team to ensure high level of guest satisfaction

Manage day to day operational butler team and club executive lounge ensured all guest who having access well serving excellence service during breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and evening cocktail. Handling meeting room with Serving coffee break and assisted the guest for check-in & check -out at club executive lounge. Handled guest complaints, or other related issues and solved in a professional manner and ensured conducted and calculated Profit & Lose and Local purchase Order in monthly budget also requisition for stock food & beverage for Club Executive Lounge by use ADACO system.As part of Departmental trainer is important to provided monthly task training this will ensured that 15 butler team well trained this include Internship Cross training colleagues and demonstrating to guest to make sure they are having a great experience.

To be first eye contact to the guest assist the guest with provided butler service by following five stages (Pre- Arrivals, Arrival, In-House, Pre- Departure and Departure) welcoming & escorting to the room by showing/explanation about facility in the room as well as offering unpacking/packing guest luggage’s, assisted with their dinning reservation inside hotel or outside, serving food & beverages and prepared the itinerary for they activity during they stay.•Welcoming our guest in the lobby and proceeding then straight to the room or suite for the private check-in.•Provide service e.g packing/unpacking service, laundry, shoeshine, turndown service and room service•checking the guest bill during in house make sure there's no miss charge to their room.•Manages the guest experience so that a high level of privacy is afforded and confidentiality is kept on behalf of VIP guests when possible.
