Established the City of Longmont Police Department’s Crime-Free Multi-housing program certification for the property. • Responsible for all day-to-day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property. • Supervised and coordinated maintenance manager and staff, construction projects, maintenance and repair items, subcontractors, and vendors for contract requirements and daily operational activities for the property. • Liaison between residents, vendors, leasing and maintenance staff, and general manager to facilitate information flow and drive operational efficiency. • Meet financial goals, and operated assets in the owners’ best interest in accordance with policies and procedures. • Maintained accurate records of community transactions (i.e., rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-in/outs, etc.). • Consistently implemented and monitored employee and community policies and regulations and ensure adherence to all changes. • Submitted bi-weekly payroll documents and weekly A/P invoices to the management company for processing. • Generated necessary legal action, documents, and processes in accordance with state and company guidelines.
