As the Program Director, On-Air Talent, and Sales Professional at Solmart Media, I have the privilege of shaping the content and programming for three stations: La Zeta 105.3 FM, La Numero 1 99.1 FM and 1280 AM, and La Numero 1 910 AM and 102.1 FM. My responsibilities include managing on-air talent, hosting daily shows, writing and producing commercials, and handling sales accounts. I also collaborate with marketing for promotional activities and analyze market trends to optimize our content and strategies. Our stations cover multiple counties, from North Ft. Myers to Tampa, and from the coast of Sarasota to the heart of Florida in Highlands County, reaching a diverse audience with our regional Mexican programming.
