About Diana Leblanc

I appreciate learning about practices that promote equative talent processes such as attracting, hiring, and developing employees. I enjoy developing my strengths and contributing my skills to achieve organizational effectiveness, as well as learning and experimenting with ways to bring together the elements that will help heterogeneous teams thrive. I am also very proud to work in the world of Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI); it incorporates my educational background in entrepreneurship and, economic development; a purpose I fell in love with some years ago while working in international agriculture development and supporting projects for capacity building in agricultural communities around the world. My top five Clifton Strengths: Learner | Achiever | Relator | Responsibility | IndividualizationMy Predictive Index is Altruist: Altruists get their sense of satisfaction from being supportive. They seek harmony and are usually the first to offer a helping hand to a colleague in need. It’s usually helpful because Altruists are detail-oriented and precise in their work, and their follow-up is strong. My DiSC profile: iD style; I tend to be confident and high-energy, enthusiastic about opportunities to innovate and connect.
