Responsible for providing HR services and support for Taipei/Zhunan offices managers. Including performance management, recruitment (coordinated University recruitment and job fair,) policy interpretation and employee relation issues escalation. Support global HR programs such as training and development (new hire orientation and Lunch & Learn,) drive employee engagement (employee engagement survey,) culture/employee branding and others based on the needs of business.• Responsible for interns, University, and 研發替代役 (Military Substitution program) recruitment. • Familiar with HRIS programs such as PeopleSoft, SAP and WorkDay.• Manage new hires and terminations including pre-boarding, conduct new hire orientations and exit interviews• Be an expert on benefit programs and the contact point for employees• Handle administrations for benefit programs such as insurances enrollment/withdrawals and coordinate with vendors for contracts/agreements and payments
