Project management is where I come in- I assist in ensuring everything running is smoothly, on-time and that responsible parties are completing what they're supposed to. As a mom who works from home with an energetic toddler, organization and time management are key- there's no other way to do it. I like to think I'm the queen of getting people organized but I don't think that's an official title.
