• Responsible for the invoice management process: checking, booking invoices / CNs to the correct expense account;• Working mainly with intercompany invoices/credit notes;• Intermediation with vendors: management of queries and payment terms;• Accounting of employee expenses (audit, booking, payment);• Responsible for the distribution of the general Accounts Payable Inbox;• Responsible for the petty cash process;• Prepare AP monthly end accounting closing tasks and accruals calculations;• Control and post Bank Statements, Bank Reconciliation, Ageing Reports; Prepayments file reconciliation;• Request new vendor creation and check for the proper documentation;• Prepare weekly Payment proposals;• Ensure strict compliance with SOX;• Prepare and resolve audit issues indentified by auditors;• Interacting with related parties to ensure the clearing of Accounts Payable balances;• Daily communication with the UK and US subsidiaries;• Helping with the implementation of the new accouting system (Oracle ERP);• Perform a variety of AP tasks and projects as necessary.

• Responsible for the analysis, validation, reconciliation, and collection of a large portfolio of vendors such as: Apple, D-link, Epson, TP-Link, Sony, LG, Acer, etc.• Posting, claiming and collection of receivables related to Vendor agreements;• Follow up, collect payments from vendors on time;• Research and resolve payment discrepancies by performing investigations and accounts reconciliations;• Control evolution of debt (aging) and perform escalations when needed;• Month / Quarter End Close activities: Aging analysis, accounting reconciliations and margin corrections;• Disputes handling with vendors;• Interacting with the finance departments of all the European subsidiaries;• Price/ quantity discrepancy analysis. Ensure the correct execution and implementation of the new prices conditions between Tech Data and it's vendors;• Supporting the sales processes and Marketing by collaborating with the different departments for all the European subsidiaries;• Manage internal and external audits;• Running the accounting in SAP (eg. running accruals, net present value and amortization for relevant financial instruments, investigate the transactions and future deal flows for the correct setup in SAP of financial instruments;• Communicate with vendors via phone, email or personally;
