Diana Rael, a principal in the firm, has been with Norris Design since 1992. Working with some of the region’s largest developers and homebuilders, she has been responsible for master-planning retail and commercial sites, residential and amenity based communities, parks, open space, and trail systems. Her landscape architectural background has allowed her to create results for her clients through a broad based perspective, project positioning, and a value-added design vision.Specialties: She has strong communication skills and a team approach to development coordination and planning.
