- Responsible for coordinating product schedules through the production cycle.- Coordinate both short-term and long-term production plans to ensure customer commitments are met.- Work to schedule orders, resolve material shortages, and identify capacity constraints and other potential schedule interruptions.- Provides input to management; interfaces with Marketing, Sales, Production and Engineering managers.- Prepares reports that measures the team’s performance on meeting the shipment schedule of end customers.- Support and establish projects that promotes continuous improvement to the company.- Handles NPI products with close coordination with engineering and project managers.

- Closely coordinate and communicate with production planning to expedite and ensure shipments to customer. - Review and approves material ordering that are needed to manufacture goods.- Regular review on how to reduce the material liabilities and aging inventories of the company.- Participate on the yearly inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy of the company’s system records and subcontractor records.- Analyzes the Sales forecast, review historical product trend and demand drivers and use these for the monthly forecast as part of the demand planning function.- Prepares reports that measures the forecast accuracy based from the actual production loading and suggests ways on how to improve its accuracy.
