Oversee all kitchen operations not limited to but including, scheduling, hiring, training, ordering and managing inventory, monitoring health and food safety regulations, purchasing kitchen equipment, maintaining quality standards, and celebrate and recognize exceptional staff. Additional running shifts that also include overseeing daily operations of the front of the house staff.

Role as the service manager including but not limited to, hiring and training servers and bartenders, assuring that all service steps are followed to create a legendary experience for the guest, assuring company expectations of guest reward program metrics are met and exceeded, knowledge of state liquor laws and ensure that staff are following the laws, create connections with guest to create repeat revenue, recognize and reward staff that excel and lead the way with the team, and recognize potential trainers and then develop them into trainers. Outside of job specific roles, on shift management include overseeing back of the house staff and greet and takeout staff and be able to jump into an hourly position with accuracy when help is needed.

Run daily operations of the shift including but not limited to, guest relations, labor management, opening and closing duties, assist with any position in the restaurant in front of the house operations as well as back of the house operations, recognize staff that excel and monitor and coach for company expectations and metrics.

Manage the day to day operations of the office and Guest Services. Train all seasonal staff. Coordinate all activities through out the year. Manage all group reservations. Order product for the gift store. Personal assistant to the Assistant Manager. Defuse problematic situations between guest and between staff when needed.

Advise student athletes on an academic level. Assist with tutoring and organization.

Manage day to day operations of the restaurant. Head of scheduling; ordering, and monthly PNL. Be able to work every position and train every position in the restaurant.
