With over 35 years of Records Management experience, primarily with the Alberta Government, I have first-hand knowledge of the many ways this industry has evolved, and continues to revolve. This has given me a wide perspective, and allowed me to cultivate my naturally systematic mind, and implement innovative processes within my various roles. My career has been rewarding, always giving new challenges while allowing me to learn and share my knowledge with others. I sincerely enjoy working with people, and have a knack for gauging individual needs while also being aware of different team dynamics. As an expert in my field, I have had the opportunity to coach and train many departments; which has allowed me to understand what needs to be done to build both the top and bottom line.
