• Initiated connection between center and Grow NJ Kids. Completed ITERS and ECERS in all classrooms and created actions plans for each .• Reviewed and revised center policies, procedures, and day to day operations to align with the updated New Jersey licensing regulations and Grow NJ quality standards in a center licensed for 260 children. • Worked closely with Bergen County Office for Children, utilizing the echildcare system, to provide subsidized child care to over 50 families. • Hired, trained, evaluated and supervised classroom staff• Adhered to all state regulations and NAEYC guidelines in center licensed for 225 children
