I have been involved in sales and marketing of engineering software solutions since the late 90's. Having spent many years in production as a CAD technician, I had the opportunity to work on several design-build projects in Power, Process and Manufacturing Industries where I developed a passion for Design, Engineering and new CAD technologies to improve productivity. I became the co-founder of StrucSoft Solutions in 1995 at the start of several major projects being awarded in Eastern Canada including the Rio Tinto Alcan Aluminum smelter in Northern Quebec.As a software solutions provider our initial focus was sales, support and services for Industrial design, engineering and construction projects. Our key product at the time was AutoPLANT, a 3D software providing solutions for multiple disciplines including mechanical, process, instrumentation and structural. We continued to grow our offerings to include Navisworks, Pro-Steel, Elecdes, and other complimentary AutoCAD based solutions.
