At Revance, we are bringing disruptive technology and innovation to the biotechnology industry withmeaningful outcomes to consumers through a first of its kind Relational Commerce Platform - OPUL. As the PM responsible for Payments, my primary duties included the following:• Product Management for the OPUL Platform payments, & point-of-sale product line.• Developed and maintained the Payments & POS feature roadmap by gathering continuous feedbackfrom OPUL customers, prospects, internal employees, & other key stakeholders.• Crafted product and feature requirements through close collaboration with a stellar cross-functional team to inform the direction of Payments Products.• Executed sound product discovery to inform business cases and roadmap• Wrote test plans for limited releases & synthesize learnings both quantitatively & qualitatively.• Identified the Key Performance Indicators for each feature for the Payments & POS product line.• Developed a deep understanding and empathy of our customers, consumers, and internal operationspersonnel in the aesthetics industry to deliver incredible, yet feasible experiences.• Conducted customer interviews and researched relevant competition on a regular basis.• Prioritized, build, launched, and iterate product/features rapidly.• Collaborated with key stakeholders to define and achieve successful outcomes for Payments.• Created and refined processes, procedures, guides, workflows, and other product artifacts related tothe Payments & POS product line.• Developed training materials for internal employees.• Defined, maintained, and monitored instrumentation related to Payments.• Identified, monitored, and mitigated risks related to the Payments & POS product line.• Maintained a working knowledge of PCI & other regulatory compliance related to OPUL & thepayments industry.
Leads the requirements development for applying technology to satisfy business needs. Defines and documents internal and external user interfaces and supports system and data requirement clarification and definition. Acts as a liaison among internal stakeholders to analyze, document, communicate and validate business and system requirements. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, process mapping, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis. Works with technical leads to transform and develop new requirements into a viable solution.
Worked closely with business users to obtain detailed requirements. Analyzed corporate business processes in order to develop customized solutions in the effort to reduce cost and improve performance. Lead meetings with business and end users, multiple vendors, and test planning sessions with developers throughout each project phase. Instructed clients on new processes, assisted the rollout of new procedures, and has conducted training for end users. Has worked on multiple systems integration and redesign implementations, most recently, implementing a digital transformation project using SalesForce.com as the single platform for all company processes. Was responsible for the full life cycle from requirements through implementation and systems support for all phases of their intricate billing processes.
Responsible for obtaining user business requirements and creating process flows. Advised clients on their business processes and changes required for their software. Planned and managed the testing solutions, including functional and user acceptance testing. Utilized ITSM and ITIL principles.
