Started in recruitment back in 1993 as a consultant progressing to branch manager & then moving on to contracts manager..Started my own recruitment business in 2003 having to learn all aspects of the industry which was successfull until I made the decision to wind it down in 2009, due to personal circumstance.I always aim to be proactive but ultimately very reactive, always want to succeed in everything that I do.
