Managed information systems flight training program Ensured 86 personnel in four career fields assigned to 7 work centers fulfilled all training requirements. Assisted development of training plans, forecasted and scheduled formal and annual training requirements, managed automated training tracking systems, identified and corrected training deficiencies, and briefed leadership on training status. Trained and managed work center trainers. Also served as exercise evaluation team member and alternate squadron training manager.

Supervised 10 personnel. Led administration of messaging services. Established messaging and technical support services for 8,850 users. Ensured the upkeep of over 10,000 microsoft exchange accounts. Managed installation, configuration, and maintenance of Defense messaging system blackberry enterprise server, Microsoft exchange server, and associated clients. Led common access card and public key infrastructure certificate installation and configuration. Provided workgroup managers with technical solutions for messaging requirements. Directed operations of 3 person Wing Information Assurance office and 7 person Information Protection office. Defended $4M network and 2,900 users against external information operations threats through analysis of network infrastructure vulnerabilities via ISS scans, management of enterprise antivirus servers, and assessment of user password strength. Managed the wing information assurance awareness program for 19 organizations. Maintained certification and accreditation packages for systems connected to both classified and unclassified networks. Ensured network accreditation met Air Force and DoD standards. Tracked and validated compliance with downward directed network configuration standards. Also served as the Network control center training monitor and unit security manager.

Managed the information assurance, information protection, computer security, communications security, information security and system certification and accreditation programs. Controlled, issued and accounted for COMSEC material and equipment. Inspected compliance with control, accountability, use, handling, and technical specifications. Operated the communication support processor message processing system and terminals in support of North American Aerospace Defense Command, United States Space Command and Air Force Space Command. Operated 34 secure circuits using various cryptographic equipment, modems, multiplexers, and patch panels providing essential data to 11 systems throughout multiple installations.
