I am a licensed therapist, specializing in the treatment of substance use and co-occurring disorders with justice-involved men and women. A particular focus is to incorporate trauma-responsive care into the treatment of incarcerated women. Currently, I am finishing my Master's in Public Administration at Golden Gate University, where I am combining my interests in criminal justice, mental health and substance use treatment with course work relating to effective public sector leadership. Prior to becoming a therapist, I practiced law for 20 years. I am also a certified mediator.
