I work very closely with our field and executive leadership to set strategy for the business unit. In addition, I work with our strong network of Territory Managers to enhance the sales culture and implement sales procedures, countrywide consistency and best practices. I also manage multiple distribution projects, marketing & communications for the business unit, and field and sales support. In addition, new product ideation is part of my job responsibilities.
