I have two roles in GLINTS:1. I oversee all operational details and home office staff.2. I serve alongside the president in networking, development and recruitment, and am responsible for setting-up and running the GMAC (Global Ministry Assessment Course), as well as the processing of the details to bring one from candidacy to deployment to a cross-cultural (usually overseas) assignment.

Tokyo, Japan (Worked Remotely From Wheaton, Illinois From April To Sept, 2012)

CRASH (Christian Relief, Assistance, Support & Hope) Japan is a network supporting Christian disaster relief work primarily in Japan. Headquarters is in Higashi Kurume, a suburb of Tokyo. CRASH ran five (5) base camps in the Tohoku (northeast) region of Japan that was devastated by the March 11 triple disasters - earthquake, tsunami and nuclear power plants' shutdown - up to late 2013. I was sent by GLINTS to serve a second short term at CRASH HQ in Tokyo September 2011 through March 2012.

* Served in the preparation of 13 MAC’s in venues across the country from Feb 2006 to Feb 2010. Served on the assessor team and as a trainer/presenter at 12 MAC’s, co-directing seven beginning Apr 2008, including the new MAC Live! conferences in the Dominican Republic (Oct 2008) and Guadalajara, Mexico (Aug 2009).
