Sr. Vice President, Sr. Strategic Business Partner
Current*Partner with managers and employees in multiple business lines to provide and facilitate HRprograms and practices.*Ensure day-to-day application, communication and implementation of HR policies and programs.*Partner with managers to develop talent acquisition activities and staffing strategies.*Recruit, onboard and retain quality talent.*Work with managers to identify training and development resources.*Manage talent needs assessment and make recommendation for changes.*Evaluate and advise on the impact of current and long range planning of programs, strategies andeconomic climate on the attraction, motivation, development and retention of staff.*Assist in implementation, execution and monitoring of annual performance evaluation program, ensuring completion of reviews and making recommendations regarding development opportunitiesfor employees.*Participate in salary administration program and work with managers on recommendations forrecognition of high performers.*Advise managers on employee relations issues, making recommendations for action in accordance with bank policy.
