As a senior consultant to the Federal Career Training Institute, I have trained thousands of federal employees, military, and corporate leaders to write Senior Executive Service (SES) resumes and Executive Core Qualification Statements. I co-authored “The New SES Application” (published 2011/2015) the curriculum for the SES workshops. Since 2008, I have delivered SES/ECQ workshops to the Navy Ship Yard, Air Force Reserve Command, Air Force Career Broadening program, PTO, EPA, FEMA’s Pinnacle program, ONRR, Bureau of Reclamation, US Army Special Forces Command, Southern Command, and many more. I deliver full-two day programs, one-day programs, half-day and webinar programs teaching executives to write executive leadership essays in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) required format: Challenge, Context, Actions, Results. I also teach alongside of or substitute for Kathryn Troutman for the Ten Steps certification classes and Certified Federal Job Search Trainer and Coach certification classes.
