To lead the contract in ensuring the successful management of the 'Bundled Soft Services FM' Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC) project.Reporting directly to the Pinnacle Regional Operations Manager, CBC Assets Staff and Stakeholders, I manage and deliver all day-to-day FM contracts, for services including Cleaning, Caretaking, Catering, Security, Waste Management, Document Control, Grounds Gritting and Variation works as required.This includes client management, health & safety, budgets, P&L, new initiatives, asset management, compliance, contracts, overall leadership and quality management.
