Current- Develop and oversee social media strategy, implementation, and governance of all Nationwide Children’s Hospital’s online communities and social media, including risk assessments and auditing of all channels for brand.
- Lead complete-workforce social media curriculum and develop social media policies to educate staff on best practices, professionalism and compliance to drive exposure and elevate Nationwide Children’s as a trusted.
- Drive one of the country’s pre-eminent health care social media programs; develop programming and positioning in collaboration with medical staff, Children’s Hospital Association and the State Medical Board.
- Work directly with medical staff and senior operational and clinical leadership to drive a communication strategy that ensures consistent messaging across channels, including publications, promotional materials.
- Translate marketing insights into strategic recommendations on positioning, messaging, value propositions and differentiation.
- Establish goals, and measure and evaluate outcomes of marketing and public relations strategies and initiatives utilizing appropriate qualitative and quantitative methods.
