- working with CEO and senior leadership functions focusing on areas of business transformation development, planning and delivery in two key areas of this national charity’s’ activities - lead and managed the first stages of major crisis management programme activity following the announcement of the Charity Commission’s Statutory Inquiry into RNIB. Working directly to the CEO and Board of Trustees, this work successfully managed to ensure the charity was in the strongest position possible to mitigate major organisational risk. The first stages of this programme activity included the planning and implementation of a governance audit, managing relationships with three regulators, creation and ongoing support of RNIB’s own Independent Review, financial impact analysis, communications planning and the design and delivery of risk mitigation strategies in relevant operational services - sole responsibility for the strategic review of operational service delivery including governance audit, project and service analysis and the development of programme proposals and delivery plans for Board, Committee and Executive approval in order to deliver strategic change within this area of the business, help mitigate organisational risk and deliver strategic benefit
