• Design and lead the performance review process to drive a culture of feedback and learning• Accelerate and improve employee experience excellence, acting as an advocate for employees to ensure that their perspectives are heard and considered• Establish scalable learning and development solutions, leveraging current programs to help all associates grow, empower managers to be better leaders, and prepare high-potential employees for management roles• Consistently driving profitable sales and margin growth, while reducing variability and improving YoY performance.• Providing leadership, direction, and support to General Managers as well as their teams at multiple locations.• Making final decisions in the recruiting process for all Department Retail Managers, and building a best-in-class team.• Owning labor management and scheduling of approximately 500 Associates within their individual store teams.• Support compliance and audit activities with operational staff, business functions and auditors.• Create and maintain documentation, ensuring thorough and up-to-date documentation of People team’s processes; help curate and maintain company policies and procedures.• Utilize a data-driven approach to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions for employee performance, retention, engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion• Stay informed of employment laws, compliance, benefits, insurance, safety, and other rules and regulations• Continue to develop a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture where employees can do their best work, whether in the office or remote• Identify, integrate, and deliver effective HR services like talent management and development, organizational design and effectiveness, change management, strategic consultation and coaching, and employee engagement strategies• Serve as an ambassador of talent management and provide developmental coaching to non-executives and emerging leaders
