Senior Historian
CurrentDianna Litvak's work experience focuses on Section 106 compliance for transportation projects. These require the completion of research and site visits, and also preparing necessary reports, contexts, site forms and eligibility determinations. As a project manager she is responsible for preparing and meeting project schedules and budgets, maintaining relationships with clients and partnering firms, and meeting the needs of agencies and stakeholders. As a project leader she reviews the work of team members, providing quality control, guidance and mentoring.She has initiated and implemented projects to streamline the Section 106 review process for properties. Examples include post World War II residential subdivisions and linear resources for underground trolley lines in Denver.Dianna's responsibilities include:► Completing and leading activities for Section 106 compliance such as identification and evaluation of cultural resources and applying the National Register criteria► Conducting research and site visits; preparing compliance reports including historic contexts, property descriptions, and determinations of eligibility► Managing projects and working with clients.
