A 33-year veteran and accomplished leader in the non-profit, sports marketing, and special events industries, Dianne began her career in event operations working with the Kraft Group, New England Patriots, and New England Revolution. She played an instrumental role in founding the New England Patriots Charitable Foundation serving as the first Associate Director. In 1997 she transitioned towards a national role as Vice President of Special Events and Fan Development for Major League Soccer in New York. During this time, she managed all aspects of league events, stadium event contracts, ticketing, hospitality, and community/youth programs.In 2003, Dianne took a professional leave to focus on the care of her son, who was diagnosed with pediatric cancer, and ultimately, her own cancer diagnosis in 2007. With a new personal and professional directive, she took on the role of Program Director for Golf Fights Cancer, a New England-based foundation that raises funds for cancer programs through golf events. Branching out on her own in 2010, she founded JL Non-Profit Consulting to raise funds and awareness for cancer-related charities and initiatives through grant writing and development consulting. Prior to joining One Summit, Dianne led Special Events and Outreach for Family Reach, a national nonprofit focused on raising funds and awareness for children and families faced with the financial crisis of a cancer diagnosis. One Summit is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to help childhood cancer patients build courage, self-confidence, and resilience through experiential learning and mentorship with U.S. Navy SEALs. In her current role, Dianne will oversee the organization's day-to-day operations and lead the research initiative into Posttraumatic Growth while exploring publications, bereavement, and sibling programs. www.onesummit.org
