Collect and analyze samples for fat, total solids, pH, salt, viscosity, SPC, Coliform, maintain and operate equipment such as NIR, UV/VIS, Water samplers, Viscometers, Salt Analyzers, Autoclave, Incubators, Headspace Oxygen Analyzers, Colony Counters, perform Titrations and other chemical and microbial Analyses, plate food and water samples using aseptic technique, handle and dispose of autoclaved hazardous waste, ensure timely release of finished products and prepare Certificates of Analysis, participate in spill response, troubleshoot production equipment issues, order parts and coordinate with service technicians for equipment maintenance, prepare media and chemical solutions, standards and other lab reagents, operate, maintain and sterilize laboratory equipment, conduct Chlorine, pH and sediment tests on plant water samples
