In my roll as the NERC Program Manager I provide compliance expertise and consultation on both NERC and WECC regulations. Consultation includes on technical problems with consideration for strategic and legal impacts. Assisted in planning for Microsoft Global Brief event for 2001 and 2002. Proposed and implemented the use of SharePoint as a means for colaboration on event content. Originally hired for a three month contract, but was extended to remain for 9 months. This is the maximam amount of time a contractor would be signed to work at Microsoft without a 3 month break in service.

Originally hired as a customer service representative. After 1 year I was promoted to Customer Service Trainer. After spending some time as the CSR Trainer I was asked to move from New Jersey to Seattle to participate in a Pharmacy web redesign of the site.
