I joined PwC in 2003 and I’ve enjoyed working in different roles involving the management and collaboration of our data and insights across all industries. It’s been exciting to see how data has become a vast and growing asset, a powerful strategic tool.I’ve always been passionate about facilitating and enabling people to better use and share the knowledge they have in their heads and work collaboratively to make sense of the data, unlocking its potential to reveal its hidden value and new opportunities. Enabling people to use knowledge collectively to create innovative solutions for their clients and ensure great customer experiences is my goal. For me, this takes the form of not only ensuring we capture and analyse the data, but facilitating communities and digital spaces where ideas can be shared and collaboration and innovation can occur on key issues.I’m currently the Markets Manager – CRM & Data Insights in the Markets team at PwC NZ. This allows me to put into practice many of my unique skills. I especially enjoy being able to explore and analyse data which helps shape and influence the direction we will grow by understanding and growing the interactions we have with our clients.
