Defined Figma’s activation metric twice. In 2022, I created the metric to capture new users' "aha" moment, presented at the company all hands, and played a pivotal role in forming an Activation Team to improve new user experiences. In 2024, I adapted the metric to align with Figma’s evolution into a multi-product ecosystem.Designed and analyzed A/B tests across the user funnel, leading to statistically significant improvements in acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. In 2022, I contributed to 1/3 of all experiments run at Figma.

Conducted a comprehensive analysis of checkout errors on eBay, identifying a significant opportunity to improve checkout completion rates, which is projected to increase Gross Merchandise Volume by $X million.

Achieved a 38% accuracy improvement in a sales prediction model through structural improvement and innovative feature engineering, empowering over 4 million restaurants and local businesses on Alibaba's group-buying platform to optimize their discount strategies.
