Additionally, I project managed Europe PMC (EPMC), developed internal technical solutions for data management, project managed an economic impact analysis of EPMC, and acted as the secretariat for global clinical data sharing platforms.

Developed a novel method for improving biochemical preparations of integral membrane protein samples for solution NMR spectroscopy and cryoEM.

I was the sole TF for MCB 178: Biochemistry of Membranes taught by Guido Guidotti. The course develops a student's ability to critically reason contemporary primary literature as well as refines their presentation style. I was awarded a Harvard University Certificate of Distinction in Teaching for exemplary reviews in my ability as an instructor.

I'm one of the multiple TFs helping with an undergrad course entitled Life and Physical Sciences A taught by Greg Tucci and Tamara Brenner. The course goes through general chemistry and biology in an accelerated pace for those without strong scientific backgrounds. I taught a discussion section once a week.

Esquerra Laboratory

Our lab focuses on the physical basis of chemistry in hemoproteins. My specific project involves developing a novel method to isolate and identify transient intermediates during the enzymatic reaction catalyzed by nitric oxide synthase (NOS).

Analytical Chemistry

Analytical chemistry work performed on cancer therapy drug substances. Routine purity assays were performed via HPLC, IR, UV-vis and polarimetry, as well as time-resolved studies of the degradation of a drug. Novel investigative work was performed via LC/MS to determine the identities of impurities and degradants in a drug substance. I also wrote reports.

Lehr Laboratory

Analytical chemistry research conducted under Dr. Corinne Lehr. Sea urchins were quantitatively analyzed for trace metal content while methods of organic matter digestion were tested. The goal of this research was to determine how urchins are able to transform toxic arsenic species into non-toxic forms.

Researched and planned for a variety of radio shows during my time at the station. Additionally, I acted as Program Director (2005-2006) and Music Director (2006-2007).

Kingsbury Laboratory

Organic polymer chemistry research conducted under Dr. Kevin Kingsbury. We synthesized, purified, and characterized RAFT agents for polymerization. The end goal of the research was to characterize polymers for use in novel hydrogels for biologically safe corneal replacements.
