SS Tubes, Flanges, Gaskets & all other fitting Accessories - Junction Boxes & Cable gland- Lighting & Terminal boxes- Panels, DCS Cabinets• Ensure quality against specifications of Client/Consultant.• Monitor, Supervise & Raise inspections for all the Electrical & Instrumentation scope.- Cable Tray, Cable Ladder & support installation - Panel, Cabinet & Console installations - Field instrument, Control valve & Junction Box installations- All instrument Calibration inspections- Lighting and Terminal box installation- Impulse Tubing, Airline Tubing, leak Testing - Analyzer installation & all related inspections - Primary & Secondary Cable pulling - Above ground / indoor cable - Glanding & Termination of Cables • Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary. • Follow up estimated man hours, quantities and resources. • Attend the weekly meeting with client and construction and discuss about the site condition and implement planning to improve construction activities according to specification.• Ensure all work, tests and inspections undertaken by Contractor is in accordance with the Specifications/Contract Requirements and signs the relevant Test Certificates.• Witnessed insulation, continuity cable testing, loop checking, earth continuity resistance test, instrument function test and installation.• Coordination and control of site / execution of projects, monitoring quality of work, achieving milestones.• Preparation and verification of AS BUILT according to site condition.
