I have worked for insurance companies (adjuster, supervisor, claims manager) as well as an independent insurance adjuster whereby I handled claims for multiple insurance companies. I have also set up and run catastrophe claims offices following hurricanes, hail storms, ice/snow storms, etc. I have handled and supervised automobile, general liability, products liability, workers comp, commercial/residential property claims.As a consultant/expert witness, I have handled cases for plaintiffs as well as the defense in state and federal courts. I have been involved in multimillion dollar verdicts and settlements in both, individual and class action cases.
