Guides ministry leaders as they encourage the church's attendees to worship God and live the Christian life. The church's sphere of influence is both near and far. We provide physical and spiritual support to the greater Elverson community while reaching Reading, Philadelphia, Africa, Europe and Asia with our missionary outreach.

Provides executive leadership and oversees strategic planning for Tyree, the largest subsidiary of Amincor, Inc. In October of 2010 Tyree's majority shareholder transferred ownership into Amincor, a public company. Mr. Oswald has actively led the Tyree organization's conversion from a private to public company.

Assumed operational responsibility for Tyree while acting as a consultant to it's newly formed Board of Directors. Orchestrated an organizational re-structuring in 2008 establishing four key business units, Environmental, Construction, Maintenance, and Compliance. The company currently reports financial performance through these Business Units.

Gained increasing responsibility in its downstream retail and wholesale distribution businesses, where in his final position, as Director of Marketing Technical Services, he managed Sunoco’s construction, maintenance, engineering, compliance and environmental activities for all 1,450 + Sunoco retail gasoline selling locations in the Northeast.

Managed purchasing function in support of Sunoco's retail and terminal operations. This included oversight of vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and contract administration.
