Successfully won vast majority of all quotes, averaging greater than 10 quotes per year. Coordinated the Supply Chain activities in the sale and support of the Video Business. This included contract negotiations, material, capital, process transitions and support requirements.

Reduced manufacturing cost and improved quality through the implementation of Statistical Quality Control techniques.

Delivered the manufacturing portion of the Corporate Phase Review (Life Cycle Management) Guideline by coordinated a cross division, cross-functional team within Manufacturing. Defined all functional activities, doneness criteria, and dependencies. Integrated the dependencies with appropriate corporate functions (Marketing, Engineering, Finance, etc.). This resulted in a complete Life Cycle Management Guideline that could be used across the Corporation.Delivered Systems Process & Quality requirements for the VAX 11/780 and Systems Product Life Cycle Management for follow-on products and system storage products. Supported process capabilities for plant growth to over 1 billion dollars in annual revenue output.
