Created a Rent Reasonableness calculation tool and data collection system with seamless updating of semi-annual rental statistics and used extensively by regional and city Housing Authorities throughout the State of Connecticut. Developed initially with Access 2003. Converted this project to an ASP.Net 4.0 web application in C# using a SQL Server 2008R2 back-end database.
