I am one of the founding principals in the firm of Whitestone, Brent, Young & Merril, P.C. My practice concentrates on criminal defense (Federal and State), personal injury, wrongful death, driving while intoxicated, and general criminal litigation. I am known statewide for my expertise in criminal, driving while intoxicated, and traffic related litigation. I have a wealth of legal expertise and experience, and my approach to serving the client is regarded as amicable and resourceful. Having qualified and testified as an expert in courts throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia, I have given lectures before the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Fairfax and Arlington Bar Associations, and the Northern Virginia Criminal Justice Academy.
